Feedback
We are always seeking to improve the information and service we give, within the scope of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.
If you have any feedback on this site, please complete the survey.
If you have any other comment, suggestion or complaint please email us. Any complaints will be treated seriously and we aim to provide a substantive response within ten working days, where possible. If you remain dissatisfied, following our response, you can ask your MP to refer your complaint to the Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman.
There is a separate appeals process for statutory notices. If you have received a Penalty Notice or an Information Notice and wish to appeal, information is on the Notice itself.
