Launch of a consultation on information publication and retention

Today the Registrar of Consultant Lobbyists launched a consultation on information publication and retention.

The consultation is to establish the views of interested stakeholders about the publication of changes to statutory information; the appropriate length and time that information should be published and the circumstances and length of time where matters of non-compliance should be published and retained.
