Launch of Guidance on Information Publication and Retention

On Monday 21st March the Registrar launched her policy on information publication and retention, following a Consultation in December through to January.

The guidance sets out the approach to any changes made to the face of the Register, the outcome of enforcement activities as well as retention and publication of information on both the Register and the ORCL website.

The Registrar would like to thank all those who took the time to participate in the Consultation and helped shape the final policy.
