Registered consultant lobbyists are required by law to submit a Quarterly Information Return (‘QIR’) within 14 days of the end of each quarter (but not before the end of that quarter). Failure to submit an accurate QIR by this statutory deadline is a breach of the Transparency of Lobbying, Non-Party Campaigning and Trade Union Administration Act 2014.
